At Aesthera, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and value. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.
Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned only if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused
- The product remains in its original condition
- All original packaging is intact
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:
Include the following information:
- Order details
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or video supporting your request
Once your request is approved, you will receive:
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- The address of the nearest return warehouse
Returns sent without an authorized RA# may not be accepted.
Returning Your Item
To ensure successful delivery of your return:
- Use a trackable shipping service
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information
Aesthera is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
Refund Processing
After your returned product is received and inspected:
- A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- A refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are processed immediately once approved. If you have not yet received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.
Some financial institutions may take up to 30 days to reflect refunds on your statement.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
This policy does not apply to delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you as soon as tracking information becomes available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@aestherapro.com.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment. Orders are fulfilled based strictly on the information provided at checkout, and Aesthera is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins.
- Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, covering restocking and non-refundable payment processing charges.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Non-Eligible Cancellation Reasons
The following reasons do not qualify for cancellation after an order has been placed:
- Buyer changes mind after purchase
- Buyer finds the product at a lower price elsewhere
Submitting an order represents a confirmed purchase agreement. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before completing checkout.
