Order Processing
All orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipment processing may require additional time. Should a significant delay occur, our team will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aesthera is not responsible for customs-related fees or delays.
Shipping Damages or Lost Packages
Aesthera carefully prepares and inspects every order before shipment. However, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- Retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required during the claim process.
Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return and refund request.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The item remains unused
- The product is in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Return

- A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- The address of the nearest return warehouse
Returning Your Item
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aesthera cannot be responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- A refund confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete.
